All transactions on London Toys are processed in Qatari Riyal (QAR), regardless of the displayed currency. We partner with QPay for online payments and accept POS payments for cash-on-delivery transactions. Londont Toys does not store or collect your card details. However, security policies cannot prevent breaches caused by infected devices used by end-users. In such cases, you accept full responsibility for any compromised security and its consequences. London Toys will never request personal information via email. Any such attempt is fraudulent and should be considered a scam. London Toys holds no liability for such incidents.

Ownership of purchased products transfers to you upon delivery, making you solely responsible for them.

London Toys reserves the right to cancel your account without prior notice if you violate the Terms, policies, or legal regulations of the State of Qatar.

Orders are processed upon confirmation via telephone call. London Toys reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. Possible reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to answer the delivery confirmation call for three consecutive days.
• Errors in pricing, product quantities, or availability on the Website.
• Any unforeseen issue affecting order fulfillment.

Customers will be notified in case of any necessary amendments or cancellations.

If an item is faulty, incorrectly described, or different from the sample displayed, London Toys will comply with legal obligations, which may include refunds or replacements. Items must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Products with brand-specific warranties carry a limited manufacturer’s warranty, as detailed on the product page and accompanying documentation. The warranty starts on the delivery date.

We aim to deliver within 24 hours across Qatar, with free delivery on orders above QAR 100.
