Refund Policy

We aim to process all eligible refunds swiftly, once returned items pass a thorough quality check at our facility.

• Refunds will be initiated only after the quality check of the returned item is completed.
• For Cash on Delivery payments: Refunds can be issued in cash or via bank transfer, based on customer preference.
• For Card payments: Refunds will be made only through a bank transfer.

• Please allow approximately 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
