Eligibility for Returns
Items must be in new, unused, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
Personal hygiene and intimate products
Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
Products purchased during promotional periods
Shipping and Return Charges
Orders above QAR 100 qualify for free delivery.
If a return causes the original order value to drop below QAR 100, a QAR 20 delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process
Submit a return request to our customer service team.
Once your request is received, our team will arrange for the pickup within 3 working days.
Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, freebies, and a copy of the original invoice.
